I wanted to tell prospective clients that VistaPages is the way to go. I recently had my first problem, and it was strictly a computer virus on my
end, *nothing to do with Vistapages at all.* The virus caused me to lose all my account information, and I submitted a ticket to get my information
sent to me. Within *ten minutes* my password had been reset, and I had access to my site builder.
I have been a customer for almost a year, and I have enjoyed all aspects of Vistapages. The site package is amazing for the price you pay, and the
customer support is fast and friendly, and the community itself is very warm and opening. I make homemade videos and put them on my site for people
to download - and everyone has told me that the download time is phenomenal, even the people on dialup.
I am happy that I made the decision to use Vistapages ... and I haven't regretted it one bit. Anyone who is considering using Vistapages - you will
enjoy every aspect of it, and have no regrets.

I just wanted to tell new people a little bit about my experience with Vistapages hosting. I signed up for a hosting account about 6 months ago after
finding Vistapages on the web while searching for "inexpensive" web hosts. I'm sure a lot of you have been through the same experience... it's hard
to tell who will be a good host and who won't until you actually get an account. Well, the same was true for me and when I signed on here I really
had no idea what I was getting into. It has now been 6 months and I am pleased to report that Vistapages has not only met but far exceeded my hopes
and expectations.The hosting has been reliable with minimum downtime and the support has been exeptional-by exeptional i mean just that-I have several
other sites hosted with different companies and NOWHERE else have I been provided the expert, timely personal attention that I have recieved from the
Vistapages support team - The support here is second to none. If you're a new user, as I was at the time, you'll appreciate this even more - but I
must say that much of what I have learned has been due to the support team here and the forum (which I have found invaluable) that is available to
members I wanted to write this because I wish someone else had written something like this before I signed up-it might have made my search a bit
easier and saved me the trouble of trying other hosts-which, by the way, I will be changing as my accounts expire.

I cannot believe the quality of technical support at VistaPages. The downtime is minimal, and when it does occur, there's usually a major
improvement taking place. I honestly don't understand how they can afford to sell hosting so inexpensively while still providing such top-notch

I have had a wonderful experience with vistapages. They are kind and understanding to someone who has very little experience with web
maintenance and tends to screw up a lot-LOL. I am definitely going to renew my plan when the time comes. Big HUG to VP-Kaumil, VP-Chris and all the

After trying several hosting companies, at last I have found one that goes further that what it promises, yes it's the cheapest, yes
it offers the best possible service, yes there is no downtime and the servers are quick but it also offers the best possible customer
service, I can go online at any time of the day or night to find a helpful member of Tech support at the other end who always fixes
my problem in a helpful and friendly way. I honestly recommend vistapages to all of my friends.

I was surfing the web one day looking for a host provider for a new site I wanted to launch. (www.gsyardsales.com) I came across
vistapages.com and read their package deals available on their website. I had the impression that they weren.t telling everything
because the deal sounded too nice. They did all the legwork to buy the domain name, setup the account and host it for a whole year, and
the cost was no other than what they had advertise on their website. When my account was setup, I was impressed also with the layout of
their control panel, including all the technologies available to you at no extra cost. Being a Unix fan I was also pleased with the fact that SSH
access is given to you just for the asking. If you're a Unix fan you know the appreciation of this. A few days went by and I needed some support for my
"MySql" database, they responded very fast and accurately. Again I was amazed! At this point I decided that I was going to change my other site over to
vistapages.com. This site (www.benbigras.com) at this time was sitting on my nephew's server with my site being hosted for free, but his server would
be down more often than I cared for. I wasn't reluctant to make switch over to vistapages.com at all. For the little amount of money more I knew I was
dealing with professionals, and that was more than worth it to me. I am a web developer by trade and I need people I can trust with the websites of my
clients. Any client that requests me to find a host for them, I'm going to vistapages.com without any hesitations. Keep up the good work

There is only one word to describe Vistapages, WOW! From their low monthly
fee, no-ads on your pages, to their wonderful tech support, I know I found
the host that provides everything looked for when comparing tons of hosts out
there! And they confirmed it when I needed support getting my site up, after
they helped me find out my FTP program just wasn't working, in no time after switching programs I was up and
